4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–4 business days after confirmation.

• Delivery time varies based on your location (typically 3–10 days).

• Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other external factors are out of our control.

• Tracking details will be shared once the product is shipped.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Important: No Return Without Opening Video

To request a return, refund, or exchange, customers must provide a full, clear opening video showing:

1. The sealed package in hand

2. The complete unboxing process in one single video without cuts

3. The issue (damage/wrong product) clearly visible

Without this opening video, no return/refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Returns or exchanges are only applicable if:

• The product is damaged

• You received the wrong item

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with:

• The opening video

• Order ID

• Photos of the product

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or worn jewelry

• Items damaged due to improper handling

• Orders without the opening video proof

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Jewelry Care

• Avoid water, perfumes, sweat, and cosmetics to maintain product quality.

• Store your jewelry in a dry, clean box.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, product designs, and material belong to Ayat’e Jewels.

• Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

• Your data is protected and used only for order processing, communication, and support.

• We do not share personal information with third parties except our trusted service providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delivery delays

• Allergic reactions

• Wrong address provided by the customer

• Issues raised without an opening video

• Unauthorized use of your payment methods

Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
