• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Time

India (Domestic Shipping):

• Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days

• Remote areas: 6–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or weather conditions.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, Ayat’e Jewels does not offer international shipping.

💲 Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking number

• Courier name

• Tracking link (via SMS/Email/WhatsApp)

You can track your package any time using the link provided.

❗ Delayed / Lost / Stuck Shipments

If your package is:

• Delayed

• Lost

• Showing no movement for 3+ days

• Marked as delivered but not received

📦 Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

• If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail.

• In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

Please double-check your address before placing an order.

🚫 Non-Delivery Due to Customer Unavailability

If the courier attempts delivery 3 times and the customer is unavailable, the package may return to us.
Re-shipping charges will apply for sending it again.

📸 Proof of Delivery

For safety, the courier may capture:

• Delivery OTP

• Delivery photo

• Signature

This ensures secure and verified deliveries.

We deliver to all serviceable pincodes in India.
