Return Policy – Ayat’e Jewels

At Ayat’e Jewels, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. Because jewelry is delicate and hygiene-sensitive, we follow a strict return policy to ensure fairness and safety for all customers.


1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We accept return or exchange requests ONLY in the following cases:

1.1 Damaged Product Received

If the item arrives broken, scratched, or damaged.

1.2 Wrong Product Delivered

If the item you receive is different from what you ordered.

✨ Note

For both cases above, a clear opening video is mandatory.
Without this proof, no return or exchange request will be approved.


2. Mandatory Opening Video Requirement

To process any return or exchange, the customer must provide a video showing:

  1. The sealed package before opening

  2. The complete unboxing in one single video (no cuts, no pauses)

  3. The exact issue clearly visible

❗ No Return Without Opening Video

If the opening video is not provided, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

This protects customers and the brand from fraud or misuse.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products without an opening video

  • Used or worn jewelry

  • Size issues (if applicable)

  • Allergic reactions

  • Items damaged due to mishandling

  • Customer changed mind

  • Wrong product ordered by customer

  • Sale/discounted items

All such items are strictly non-returnable.


4. Return Request Time Window

Return/exchange requests must be submitted within:

⏳ 48 hours from delivery

Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.


5. Return & Exchange Process

📍 Step 1: Contact Us

Send us the following:

  • Order ID

  • Full Name

  • Opening video

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

📍 Step 2: Review

Our team will verify your video and details within 24–48 hours.

📍 Step 3: Approval

If approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will ship a replacement.

📍 Step 4: Replacement

A new product will be shipped within 2–5 working days after approval.


6. Refunds

Ayat’e Jewels primarily offers exchanges, not refunds.
Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Replacement is not possible

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued to a bank or UPI account provided by the customer.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
