Refund Policy – Ayat’e Jewels

At Ayat’e Jewels, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Because jewelry is a delicate and hygiene-sensitive product, we follow a strict and transparent refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund / Return / Exchange
We accept refund or exchange requests ONLY in the following cases:
✅ 1.1 Damaged Product Received
If the product arrives broken, scratched, or damaged in transit.
✅ 1.2 Wrong Product Delivered
If the item you received is different from what you ordered.
In both cases, an opening video is mandatory. (See Section 2).
2. Mandatory Opening Video Requirement
To apply for a refund or exchange, customers must provide a clear opening video that shows:

The sealed package before opening

The entire unboxing process in one single video (no cuts, no pauses)

The product issue clearly visible
❗ Without this opening video, no refund or exchange request will be accepted under any circumstances.
This policy protects both the customer and the brand from misuse.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do NOT accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

No opening video provided
-
Product used, worn, or damaged after delivery
-
Customer changed mind
-
Wrong product ordered by customer
-
Size issues (if applicable)
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Allergic reactions to metals
-
Sale items / discounted products
We do not offer refunds for reasons other than damage or wrong product.
4. Return Request Window
All refund/return requests must be submitted within:
⏳ 48 hours of delivery
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
If your request is approved:

Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 7–10 business days

COD orders will be refunded to a bank/UPI account provided by the customer
6. Exchange Process
If eligible, we will:

Pick up the damaged/wrong product

Send a replacement product after quality check
Exchange shipping timeline depends on your location.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
8. Shipping Costs

In case of a valid return/exchange, shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.

If the issue is genuine and approved, we may cover the return shipping cost.
